Dolphin Drilling AS: New share capital registered

Oslo, 8 May 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Dolphin Drilling AS (the "Company") (ticker code: DDRIL) on 10 April 2024 regarding the successful private placement of 72,000,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 6 per share (the "Private Placement") and 30 April 2024 regarding the minutes from an extraordinary general meeting held on the same date.

The share capital increase pertaining to tranche 2 of the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 291,890,099 divided into 291,890,099 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
